Customer Insights installation

Our client has purchased a CI license and wants to install it on their environments. The user has been assigned the Global Admin role and System Administrator for the environments. They can register apps in Azure, but in the list of environments in the Manage area, where they can choose where CI should be installed, they only see one old environment out of few, and nothing else. What could be causing this problem? Can anyone help with this? Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks for all suggestions, in this case the reason was that environments were in Germany region, not Europe. In Germany CI is not supported product.

    I don't know if you're going to get an answer to this here until a Microsoft support person sees this, which would pretty much be the same as using your partner status to create a support ticket. (If the answer you're looking for was not within the Docs Fiona provided)

    Most who know the answer to this will be other partners or some sort of competitor to you. But I'd assume you created a support ticket and are using this forum to get a quicker answer just incase, which I understand.

    Hi Nessus,

    If you don't already have one, you must first create an environment in the Power Platform admin center before then going ahead with the install.

    The environment shouldn't be in Germany region, where CI is not a supported product.
