I am using trial version of MS dynamics 365 for CE and it's version is 9.1. I am getting below issues:
1. Reconnect message multiple times. Screen shot attached.
2.When I click on Settings then nothing will display. Screen shot attached
My colleagues are facing same issue. I just want to know that Why Microsoft is not resolving this bug.

I have tested on my trial and I have no issue in accessing settings
It could be to do with Particular region trial instances may be? It might be worth signing up for a trial on a different region to rule out that it only happens for your region.
You could raise a ticket with Microsoft. I am sure the trial team will help to resolve this.
