Keep getting error message:
"Unable to ascertain if Business Portal needs to be upgraded." when trying to install on a new server bp 2011 fp1 business portal.
I checked s4future01 of glsetup, its 8.1 (which is I believe fp1 2011)
I checked the mbfintalleddatabases and the database name is right.

It ended up that records were missing from mbfinstalleddatabases. The application databases each needed a SOL and a REPORT_CAT record (This will depend on installed modules).
Also the system database was missing a SOL record.
