Hello Community

I am trying to configure the mobile app workspace for Project time entry.

  • I logged into D365 F&O as system administrator
  • I have published the mobile work space for  Project time entry
  • I have downloaded Dynamics 365 for phones
  • I have logged into the phone using the same system administration user

I have not been able to view the workspace

Do you have any insights on this issue?

    Hi rfernandezp,

    The Dynamics 365 for phones app is not used for the mobile workspaces. You must use the app called: Microsoft Finance and Operations.

    Note that Microsoft announced that the mobile workspaces will be deprecated. There is a new app for timewriting: Dynamics 365 Project Timesheet.

    Hi there,

    You need to use the following application to use mobile workspace:

    1. Android : play.google.com/.../details

    2. Apple : apps.apple.com/.../id1180836730
