193Windows client is resetting in every 4-5 minutes
This issue only happens on Windows Client connected to particular Server instance and we compared the server instances and are same.
Its showing below message
“The server is either unavailable or your connection has been lost. Do you want to attempt to reconnect?”
I am getting error in only 1 instance. I have 2 instances for same server.
After clicking on yes, I am getting below message and session gets closed.
We tried this solution but did not worked:
- Check if your service is running.
- Check if you service is logged on with the administrator user who is having DB owner permission on SQL.
- Try to check if you can run client on server is self.
- Check if the service is configured correctly with the database and port.
- Dynamics Administrator tool to check service configuration and compared different server instance.
- checked Event-> Windows log -> Application.
