User(Manager) getting the below error when she tries to request leave for her team member in D365 HR
 
Error message is ' Cannot create a record in temporary user information(table name) The record already exists.

    Ask the manager to sign out of Dynamics 365 HR.

    Close all browser windows.

    Clear browser cache and cookies.

    Sign in again and retry the leave request.
