Hi. all

i need to create a create a new custom field called Revised Closed on Date to hold the first closed date,

How to make a workflow to copy the closed on date into new custom Revised Closed on date field.

1. Please change the Scope to Entity (I am not sure whether you have set the right Form and using the same form for testing).

2. for your condition

How to make a workflow to copy the closed on date into new custom Revised Closed on date field.

Put a condition to check if Date value does not contain data in your Workflow before setting the date value

i need a first closed on date but i am getting when i reactivate case and do some changes and close// its showing new closed on date but i need old closed on date which i got when i closed for first time
