We are working on a test upgrade from SL2011 to 2018SP3 and having some issues with the Timecard with Rate/Amount Entry screen. Under 2018, the days of the week are coming up as disabled. At first we thought it was an issue with a customized screen, but the same happens both when customized and in standard mode.
Is there a newer setup or trigger that activates the fields. We've tested the following:
1) On the same screen, leaving the day range at zero or entering 5, 6 and 7. The fields remained disabled:
2) Under Time Card Setup, confirmed expense reporting > 7 days is unmarked
3) By default individual projects have no end date and validation is off. Tried adding an end date with no effect.
Is there a trick or trigger to make the days of the week available for entry? Please advise. Look forward to a response.
