Outlook Client keeps prompting for credentials

Hi:

Here recently, our users have been complaining about the CRM Outlook Client prompting for credentials, the prompt is from ADFS.  The most recent changes that were made in our on-premise environment are:

1. Upgraded ADFS from 3.0 to 4.0

2. Enabled OAuth on the CRM Server

Does anyone know how we can stop prompting for credentials?  Is enabling OAuth the cause of this?

    Hi Stangride,

    Did you resolve this? We are experiencing the same issue after wither a. upgrading from ADFS 2.0 to 3.0 or b. enabling OAuth. I am not sure which caused it.
