SmartList Builder List not showing up under the GP SmartList

I have created a SmartList under SmartList Builder that is not showing up under SmartList for other users.  

I've followed the instructions about setting up security - created a Default User that all users are assigned to.  The users have access to the SmartList Builder and it is installed on their machines and can access the SmartList Builder smartlist but it is not showing up on that user's GP Smartlist.  

Do I need the other users to duplicate the SmartList Builder smartlist for it to show up under GP Smartlist?  I am not sure what I am missing as I thought I have assigned all the security associated with SmartList Builder and SmartList. 

We are running Dynamics GP 2010 SP3

    Run this script in SQL

    grant select on [SQL_View_Name] to Public

    Thanks for the steps, I had missed giving access to some of the SmartList objects.

    Did you grant access to the Smartlist object for the Default user? Access is not automatically granted to the Default User on new objects.  Here's a post that defines those steps.
