Converting entity specific option set to global option set

Hi guys,

How can I do this? I've been adding option set fields to the Account entity and now I want the exact same ones for the Contact entity (using drop downs for Country to improve data quality).

How can I use the one already set up in the Account entity without having to redo the entire list again?

Thanks Aileen,

The thing is, the local option set is a huge list (250+ options due to being countries) so I want to avoid having to recreate it... So my only choice is to try out the converter plugin on codeplex?
