Configurable Business Documents - Word format Repeatable lines - can you sort on the line number?

Hi All
I am a novice ER user (Finance Consultant not a technical person)
Several of my Word templates have repeatable lines (Sales Order Invoices, Purchase orders etc.)
 
I have brought in the line number, as the first column.
The table that is created by the repeating functionality is not sorted by the line number.
 
Does anyone know how I can get this table to sort?

    Hi Justin,
    That's great that you're working with ER.
    You can apply ORDERBY formular on your Invoice line to sort based on your criteria (ORDERBY ER function - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn)
    If you have created a mapping on LineNum on the model mapping, you can apply this mapping on format designer where you can create a OrderBy on Model.InvoiceLines. Then, you can bind it on

    Hi,
     You can use the sort feature in a table in a Word template to sort duplicate rows by row number. You can do this by selecting the table in Word, then clicking the Sort button in the Layout or Table Tools tab, selecting the columns you want to sort (i.e., row number columns), and then selecting Sort Ascending or Descending.
