About Unable to load icons on the user interface when installing D365BC

Hi everybody,
When I installed D365BC on a user environment with absolutely no internet. Status icons cannot be displayed.
I would like to ask if there is a solution to this situation?

    It is most likely trying to load scripts from a CDN.

    Can you try to set the following key to false in the navsettings.json file and restart IIS:

    "LoadScriptsFromCdn":  true,

    If this does not help, please create a new case with the Microsoft support team.
