Products in UAT needs sync up with products in production

the products which are in UAT needs be updated with the data of the products from production, in UAT some of the products not there I don't want to create new products in UAT I just want to update the products which are there in both UAT and PROD so that product data is synced in both environments,
Looking for an solution please.
