"Sorry that didn't work" after logging in

Yesterday I signed up for Dynamics Business Central using the "Start Free" button on the dynamics 365 webpage.  I am able to access the Dynamics 365 homepage at home.dynamics.com, where there is a "Business Central" tile under "My Apps".  However, after clicking this business central tile I am redirected to a page that gives me an error:

Sorry, that didn't work

Could not open the '' company. Access is denied to company 'CRONUS USA, Inc.'.
I tried contacting tech support yesterday who transferred me to Pre-Sales.  Someone at Pre-Sales told me that the error should fix itself in a few hours or at the latest by this morning.  However I am still receiving this error.  Is there something I can do to resolve this?  I've already tried logging out/back in, clearing cookies and cache, and using the InPrivate mode in edge (receive this error in both chrome and edge).

Are you able to login to D365BC with your account? Do you see the default role center?

Thanks a lot for the reply.

No, I don't seem to be able to access D365BC (I am just presented with that error message).  When I initially click the business central link, it is sending me to businesscentral.dynamics.com/<<my tenant id>>, however from there I am redirected to https://<<my tenant name>>.financials.dynamics.com/?tid=e56cb334-835f-4171-9edf-390a2904309 (e56cb... is not my tenant id), where I am presented with that error message.  From there, there is no other option but to click "Restart", which just brings me back to the error message.

Ok. Unfortunately I think that this error should be checked/fixed by Microsoft. It could be a temporary tenant problem.

    What is your tenant?

    Hello,

Had you previously signed up for Financials with the same email\account?  This tenant was provisioned on 12/27/2017

Do you have another person at your business who would have signed up?  You may have a user in this environment already who is setup with SUPER and would have to sign in to give you access.

    Thanks,

    Chris

Thanks for the help.  12/27/2017 is the date we started our Office 365 trial on this tenant (we have now converted to paid), but we did not do anything with Dynamics until yesterday.  I am the only one who signed up.

Have your support case and am working directly with you to resolve.

    Thanks,

    Chris
