Primary Key contraint Error

Dynamics Version 9.

When users attempt to process a batch the following error occurs.

PRIMARY KEY contraint PKSY00800: Cannot insert duplicate key in object dbo.SY00800.

This used to work fine. Once this error occurrs I can see that the payment did make in ito AR by not the GL.

I have seen a solution for a similar Error that happens at year end. But that solution did not work.

That solution suggested it was a row id problem and to update the row id in AAG00102 . This didnt fix the problem.

Another suggestion was to delete records is SY00800 and SY00801 and the DEX info in the tempdb. This did not resolve the issue either.

Could some of you experts please help ?

I see you are on version 9 which is now unsupported.

Support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 and support for Small Business Financials 9.0 ended on January 11, 2011. To ensure you are on a supported version of Microsoft Dynamics GP, please update to Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 or higher.

Note: Tax and regulatory updates for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 and Microsoft Small Business Financials 9.0 will retire after January 11, 2011.
