An extension for a query is created to add extra data source to it.
I build the project & reset usage data then run the class ,the new added data source does not appear , what should I do reflect this update ?

It seems that you should have told us that you modified PayrollStatementGenerationQuery (explaining what exact changes you made could be useful too) and now you don't see your new datasource in the selection for filter, when you run Payroll > Pay statement processing > Generate pay statement. Please make sure you provide such a description next time.
Most likely you're looking at previously saved query, therefore you should delete it from usage data. Go to User options, press Usage data, switch to All usage data and delete records with Element name = PayrollPayStarementGeneration (which is the class which is called when you click Generate pay statement).
I mean the new added data source does not appear in the area Records to include below.
also when I press filter marked below to add the data source , I cannot find it to be added as per the second screenshot.
Sorry, but it still didn't tell me anything. Where are you "clicking"? Did you use the query in a form or something?
Please realize that we can't help you if you don't explain your problem. Start again and explain what you're doing. Invest five minutes or so to do it and don't be afraid of using multiple sentences and screenshots.
I need to do filter on an field in this new added datasource so when filter is clicked this datasource does not appear in the list of available datasources
