Button new doesn't work

Posted on by 170

Hi,

I'm using Ms Dynamics 365 for crm online V9, I modified the navigation and deleting some groups, subareas, .. and renamed the Group_extensions . I saved and published. Now, when i choose an item in the Extensions area and click on the button New to create new record, nothing wrong. This button seems disable.

How to fix this issue?

Thank a lot

Regards

    Hi ,

As far as I know changing groups, sub area ,navigation does not impact anything on the ribbon button i.e New record button.

The new button is OOB button , do you have any kind of customization on top of that?

Does this happening for all navigation New button or particular new button?

In addition please try with different browser, different system admin user and  re login CRM instance.
