    Hi Ajith,

    Possibly the control has been made invisible by the user personalization or there is a customization involved. Try to reset the usage data for this function. Eventually, you can also delete all usage data for this user. If the problem is not solved then, you have to review possible customizations.

    Hi Andre,

    Thank you for the reply.

    It is Action menu item - Class is LedgerTransferOpening

    there is no customization in this class and as well i reset the usage data too..

    Hi Ajith,

    If you click on the error message itself, a Edit button might become available. Then you will be taken to the coding which raises the error. Probably it will take you closer to the culprit.

    Hi Andre,

    Thank you for guiding me.

    Yes, it took me editor window where AOT/Classes/Dialogform - buildcontrol Method

    FormBuildControl buildControl(FormControlName name)

    {

       Object ctrl = design.control(name);

       if (! ctrl)

           throw error(strfmt("@SYS71925",this.form().name(),name));

       return ctrl;

    }

    The control name is "Fld10_7" not looping, directly jumping to "FLd11_1"

    where i can find this control ?

    Hi Ajith,

    I don't have access to an AX2009 environment today. The control should be defined on the class that will be executed when you start the option for 'Open transactions'.
