There has been a problem reported whereby users are unable to create and save item tracking line as below.

I have attached the incident that has been raised to our service desk. Due to the impending migration to the new ERP system would it be possible to treat this as a high priority to assist the team with them close out activity.

Unable to create and save Item Tacking Lines in ERP NAV Production Journals - Currently having issues with Lot No's 115803 and 115824 which are for GC0048 and 115804 which is for GC0049

This question seems to be very customer specific and you have forwarded it to a generic product forum for Dynamics NAV.

You probably need to get hold of this specific customers super user or Dynamics partner for assistance with this.

The version they are running is also out of mainstream support from Microsoft.
