I encountered a very weird issue today reported by one of my customers.
The customer could see an extra document number column on the general journal.

Upon investigating (exported table to excel using excel add-in) I did find the extra column in the table but one weird thing about it was that the value in the column remained same, irrespective of the journal or the company selected.
Even if I select a different company (test company) it shows the extra column on the excel file. The screenshot below shows the incorrect (extra) column yellow.

But the correct document number is:

Could anyone shed some light on why do I see this extra column? and how to fix this issue? if I try to personalize I cannot add/less this field.
