I am testing the upgrade from 8.1 to 8.2. When I complete/resolve/finish a case in a BPF, the "Resolve By" field is getting deleted. This isn't happening in 8.1. The resolve by field is being set by the SLA.
I'm not sure if it has something to do with the SLA or the new BPF that has finish involved now. My analytics team needs the original "resolve by" date field for reporting. Has anyone encountered a similar issue.
