Talent Implementation - Sizing for configuration of Talent

Hello everyone,

I have a question for those who have successfully completed an installation/configuration of all modules/entities of Talent. How long did the project take? I am currently working on a project sizing for a client and trying to figure out time would be required to implement the solution per 1 consultant.

Any suggestions?

Hi Maria,

a full implementation would take 4-6 months, about 50-80 man-days. It depends on the integration with payroll systems (which should be added) and on the number of non-standard requests.
