The quantity you see in the item card is the total quantity you physically have in all stock, which is not yet written-off. In the Quote you might select such location or bin that has zero stock. Check Item Availability by Location page (available e.g. in the item card or from Line menu in the lines of your Quote.

    Hello Kamilia,

The On-Hand amount you are seeing on the Item card is not the Available amount. It includes everything currently in-house, and can include items ordered but not picked, items picked but not shipped, items reserved, and items received but not put-away. You have to look in the actual Bin Location to see what is in stock (but even this amount may not be the true available amount).

You can also try the Availability Status report; search "Avail Status".

Or, when you create a Sales Order and enter an Item in the Lines area, then NAV will show you the availability of that Item on the right hand side in the Sales Line Details info box.

Have you checked the stock in that particular location, that you are trying to create sales order?
