We have one user that is not able to use modern advanced find because it just doesn't load and never shows any tables that can be used to search on.
All other users are able to use it.
Anyone experienced this issue before?

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
1. Try accessing in Incognito mode to see if it works.
2. If step 1 doesn't work, compare the user's permissions with others in the same Business Unit.
Some permissions might be inherited from Teams, so check if the user is missing any Teams.
3. If steps 1/2 don't work, assign the System Administrator to test for any security issues.
4. If it's not a security issue, please check the user license again, maybe his/her license is removed for unexpected reasons.
5. Re-grant the license.

I think this should have nothing to do with the settings of the application, the problem lies elsewhere.
