Hi,
we are using jotform, a 3rd party online form builder on our website.
Our data is sensitive and the tool allows to save website visitors data entered into the form as encrypted with a key we provide.
we would like to provide Dynamics encryption key so the data will be encrypted and transfer it into Dynamics already encrypted.
How can we do it?

Not sure it'll work, but, also, not sure it's that important since encryption occurs on the SQL level, so, if you get data in the already encrypted form, you'll have to unencrypt it before finally storing it in Dynamics. In which case you can use just about any encryption mechanism - don't have to rely on the dynamics key(since you won't be able to simply push that already encrypted data to SQL)
