I am very new to NAV. I was entering lines on a Production BOM and added one to many lines. I right clicked on the line item and clicked delete. It deleted EVERYTHING below the General field. So I have no where to enter or edit any other Production BOMs. Please help.

If you had setup user log set then you can track the changes which made by the user.
Have a look:
