I am looking for a more detailed explanation as I am new to Case Management. Can you please point out to a more detailed blog/link which explain case process and how it works. I mean to say if i have mentioned some actions to be completed in case process then how are these assigned to users and how do they completed and update it.
For example- lets say I have assign an action which is "to check is item has been dispatched to the customer". when i assign it to a user, how does he complete it and then update the system.

There is a chapter called Case Management in Sales and Marketing, but it doesn't provide much detail interms of overall functionality and how it works. Let me know if you find anything. I am also looking for the same.

You can check out the Book by Murray Fife 'Extending Microsoft Dynamics' ,which has a full Chapter on cases. In think its Chapter 5.
