Hi everyone,

I want to create new customized field. Can you help me how to do it?

My goal is to create new field in General Journal & Payment Journal of the following mention below:

Pay day: 15th / 30th
Promise date:
Due date:
No. of Months

Actually I'm not familiar to do it.

Can you help me how to create that one? Like procedures step by step?

Hi Katana,

You will have to add the fields in Table 81 and add these fields on the relevant Pages.

Do you just want to add the fields or also flow it to G/L Entry? You will have to modify Codeunit 12 for doing the same.

Hi,

Both the journals have Gen. Journal Line (table 81) as their source table. Create the date fields with datatype as date and No.of months as decimal in the table and add them to their pages as well
