Had a few reports of users trying to reply to a survey via link but come up with the following error:

I had also some reports with the same error message. Sometimes the message comes when opening the survey link, sometimes when a user wants to submit the survey. Most of the times refreshing the page several times helps. I couldn't find any clue for which users or when this happens. For now it seems to be random.
