Hello:
This GP 2016 R2 end user reports that sometimes information for three fields automatically fills in, within the Purchase Requisition Entry window, and sometimes it does not.
At best, a user will begin by entering the first two to three fields of information in the header and the data flows in.
At other times, information will not flow into the three fields.
These three fields are Ship To Address, Shipping Method, and Site ID.
Again, not much has to be entered into the header to cause the data to flow in.
So, why would sometimes data flow into these three fields and sometimes not?
