Management reporter with a new Domain Admin Account

We recently got a new domain server and recreated all user accounts including the domain admin account. We can’t log in to reconfigure the Management Reporter with the new account because it isn’t set up as an MR admin. Can you think of a way of adding an account as an MR admin without reinstalling the software? Or is that the only way…

Yes, go to the Services, find the 2 services running the MR processes and change the login details in the property. You should be able to rec-configure the MR by doing this.
