How make portal site unbrowsable for non-logged in users

Hi,

We are using the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub and 365 Portal. I've succeeded in setting those up and I'm able to login and access both sites with no issues.

I've also succeeded in removing the option on the portal site for users to add their own accounts since we would like to control who can access the site.

But I'd like to control access to the site even more. Currently when the users login to the site and are taken to the main page they can see the KB articles and blogs

I'd like to have it so that the users are required to login to site before they can see any of the content like KB articles.

Is that possible?

Thanks in advance,
Nick

    Hi partner,

You could change your home page to Sign In page, so that if the user visit your portal through url, they need to login frist and then they could access to the contene of your portal. (make sure there is no access to  KB articles content on the login page)

Here is a sample for you.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

Control access via Entity Permissions tied to Web Roles

Note: there are 2 default Web Roles, one is set up for anonymous access and another that is used as a default once users are Authorised.  You will probably find the anonymous one has Entity Permissions to Knowledge Base etc (similarly the Web Form, Entity Form etc that the Web Page is tied to also has an tick box for applying Authorised access)
