What is the best way to purchase personal items to the CEO by using the purchasing module, and generating the following GL transaction:
(Debit) CEO personal account in the GL
(Credit) Vendor

Then when entering the PO or the Payables Transaction, you need to specify the CEO's account number in 'Distributions' for the 'PURCH' distribution type.
Actually I may use both ways, depending on items purchased.

Do you want to actually issue a PO for the purchase or just enter a vendor invoice and charge it to the CEO's personal GL account?
