What does Blueprint of Navision consist of using Navision 2018?

Hi,

My partners have requested for a Blueprint of my current Navision 2018 software infrastructure.

However, my company doesn't have it when they set it up. 

Question:

1. Does it means that my partners won't be able to work with me due to absence of blue print?

2. How do you create a blueprint? What content does it contains? (Is there a sample?)

    Josh,

    If I ask a customer for a blueprint, I would ask for 2 parts:

    Infrastructure -

    • Servers (include software and versions)
      • NAV Server
      • Application Server
      • SQL Server

    NAV Database - Version (Executable and Database)

    • Granules you are using (i.e. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, etc...)
    • Customizations (include list of Customizations and Object Numbers, if known)
    • Any Functional Issues Open/Unresolved
    • ISV Addon's and Integrations (list ISV Name and Software and any Integrations)

    This is a good starting point.
