Hi Folks, 

May I have link for my client to raise their NAV question?

Escalate your issue to an Incident

Existing Dynamics customers on an active support plan can use the appropriate phone number or web links to the left to create a new managed support incident for Dynamics 365 Online or on-premises.

    Incidents can be issued accessing to CustomerPortal, you should have a link there.
