Crystal Reports - no longer prints 2 on 1?

Before upgrading to the latest version of MS Dynamics SL, I used to be able to printout the GL Detail report with 2 report pages to one side of a piece of paper (aka 2 on 1), and I used to be able to print to both sides of the paper. The result is that I could fit 4 report pages to 1 piece of paper (2 pages on the front and 2 on the back). It no longer works!

We recently applied a service pack update which addressed several issues, one of which was the duplex printing problem. That problem is now fixed, and I'm able to print to both sides of the paper, however I'm still not able to print 2 report pages on 1 side of the paper (2 on 1) like I used to.

Does anyone know if this problem has been documented or reported, and if there's a fix or a work-around?
