How do I change a Sales Doc. Fullfilled and Actual Ship Dates?

The fields are not available for editing. They auto filled and I had the wrong System date entered.
On the Sales Transaction Entry window hit the expansion button next to the date field (blue arrow pointing right).
Each line also has an actual ship date against it; set this by drilling down into the line or expand the lit view to see the line details.
