How to create a new company in Dynamics GP 10?

Hi there! How can I create a new company in Dynamics GP 10? And if I want to copy some settings from another company, how can i do that? Thank you!

    Companies are created in GP Utilities.

    If you have access to the Professional Services Toolkit, you can use the Copy Company tool to copy setup/cards information from another company.
