Tracking source of a form submission in Customer Insights - Journeys

Hi community,

Hoping someone can let me know if there is a way to track the source of a form submission - for example, to know if the form was submitted after first clicking on a google ad.... is there anyway to do this / set this up in Customer Insights - Journeys?
