When we deploy MR reports to SharePoint, can we still use the MR Web Viewer to do charting and enter notes against those SharePoint reports?
Or are those charting & notes features only available on reports accessed within the MR Report Library?

We know as you have stated it is saving a link has anyone had success with viewing the reports externally. We do not have an issue with the reports internally, but when they try to go to the reports externally off the network we get an error because the link is an internal link so we get the error the page cannot be displayed. If we edit the link to the external address the external users can view the report with no issues, but we cannot get MR to deploy to the external address. Any help is greatly appreciated.
If you are having MR automatically save a report to SharePoint, you're not actually saving a the report file to the document library. SharePoint uses a linked document content type to store the report. So when the report is generated in MR, a link pointing towards the generated report on the server is created in the SharePoint document library.
I haven't tested this, but since the MR server is storing the doucment you should be able to use all MR functionality.
