Relationship health - "There was a problem in calculating health score. Try again later"

Hey Dynamics Community, 
 
I’m checking out the ‘Relationship Health’ feature in Sandbox to see if we can roll it out to our sales reps, but keep getting the line:
"There was a problem in calculating health score. Try again later."
Our company has Enterprise and I know there's enhanced insights with Premium. Looked at the documentation but didn't quite find my answer.

Does anyone know if this feature is one of the Premium only ones? Or could the error be because I’m testing it in our Sandbox environment? We don’t want to roll it out if it’s not going to work in production.
 
Any advice would be awesome!
