Error Exporting Data from Config Package

Hi all,

I am getting this error message below when I export data to Excel from Config Package (Tablet 36 and 37)

I have re-created the config pack, tried it on a different computer but still the same error message.

Any ideas on what's causing this?

    Hi,

    Are you able to open Excel file? Check if you dont have any problem with your Microsoft Office.

    Yup - no issues. I found out that the issue is on table 36, there is a field on this table that is causing this problem. I can export table 37 without any errors.

    The config pack though won't allow me to just select certain fields, it's either 2 fields or all.

    Is there any way of troubleshooting which field is causing this problem? The company just started using this platform a month ago.

    Hi,

    After import the data you can find the errors relatively in which field see the below
