Incoming email in folder not entering queue

Hi there,

As mentioned in subject, my incoming email in folder not entering queue.

I have created a rule in Outlook that email from certain user will enter different folders, but after the email enter the folder, it will not show in my queue in Dynamics 365, I have done research online but just did not get information about it.
