Automatic Sharing of Work Order Permissions Not Occurring Regularly

We have a situation where we have multiple resources on a a work order. The system workflow that automatically shares permissions for that work order does not execute for all resources. Has anyone had this issue?

    We are experiencing the same issue.  We don't see any differences in the actions or records when this occurs.  The issues seem to be sporadic.  We have had this on work orders with a single resource and on work orders with multiple resources.
