Whenever I attempt to load Dynamics 365, I get stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. Sometimes it says that the internet connection failed. Doesn’t matter whether it’s on a Mac or iPad version of safari. Chrome and Edge don’t have this issue.

There's a known issue on Safari with authentication related with cross-site tracking. This is enabled by default on Safari.
For testing, go to Safari Menu -> Preferences -> Privacy.
The first checkbox: "Prevent cross-site tracking" is enabled by default. Could you please try disabling it?
