I want to add a new contract. Then Copy the contract

Looks like this button is hidden.
You can use ribbon workbench and check for hide actions or might be there will be some custom enable rules added to this button.

This won't help with your missing button but in case you are not aware, contracts are now deprecated and will be removed from a future version of Dynamics. Please review this article docs.microsoft.com/.../important-changes-coming for details.
I already know, but I don't know how to customize the actions to the home menu. Do you know how to set?
