How can we update Owner oob field in Case in CRM 9.0 in OOB Workflow

Hi All,

How can i update Owner field in case entity using ob workflow.I have created wf but when trying to update owner field in case its disabled mode & in form hv checked its not read only also.

As i need to give manually select from that owner field.But its not allowing me to make it enable how can we achive this.

Please let  me know as its bit urgent.

    Hi Oana,

    Thanks for ur response.No here custom status option set field am using & its working fine now somehow it didn't get selected on that field mistakely not sure now chked that field value was not selected then again modified & it got worked.

    Hi Jharana, 

    Glad to know you overcome the initial blocker by using the Assign Record step.

    For updating the status of the record are you using the Change Status Action?

    Hi All,

    I have used Assigned method instaed update in workflow to put specific Team its working fine but one more option set field like status am setting thats not updating with that value .What could be the cause.

    Realtime workflow am using.
