In Service Order, the amount doesn't turns out right in Navision 2018

Posted on by 4,207

Hi Community,

I would like to find out in Service Order If 1 Day = 57.14287 then in 3 months, shouldn't the amount be $57.14287 x 92days = $5,257.14?

how come the amount becomes $171.42?

Why does the navision only multiply 3 days and not  92 days since it is 3 months?

Is there something I forgot?

Thank you!

Hi, I checked the standard Service Order page of the NAV2018, and it doesn't seem to be the same as your screen.

In addition, there is a Service Period field in the Service Contract, please confirm whether it is related.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
