Dynamics 365 Data Integration via Common Data Service

Hello,

I have a problem with the Data Integration feature of the Common Data Service.

Upon starting the integration project i get an import exception:
"Export for From CRM accounts to CDM Account didn't return valid package URI"

and an Export Error:
"CRM export failure - Could not find file 'D:\SvcFab\_App\IntegratorType_App3\temp\689f821d-391c-45a3-b685-cdac0b9b0c29.csv'."

I used the "Accounts (Sales to Fin and Ops)" template and changed nothing but a few mappings. Connection set should work.

Can anybody help me with this? I would very much appreciate support, but i didn't find a possibility to directly open a support ticket regarding the Common Data Service.

Thank you in advance!

Regards
Christoph

We also regularly see this same error using CDS when integrating between D365 CE and D365 F&O. Export typically is something like "CRM export failure - Exception from HRESULT: 0xC0048021" and the "didn't return valid package URI" Import error. I will update if/when we figure this out, and hope you do the same. Good luck to you, Christoph!

We have the same Problem with a Sales and Fin Ops online Environment and the Account Integration. The template worked quite wel for some days and then suddenly this error showed up. Any new insights on this?

Could be a bug, Azure kinda runs on Service Fabric and based on the error "D:\SvcFab/_app ... " it looks like the underlying systems are failing.

Thanks Donald! Do you know whether we can look into the Service Fabric logs in our PowerApp Environment, or is this a "black box" in the Cloud?

Hi, Service fabric runs just above OS level and would not be accessible.

Its a kind of management application that sets up the hardware automatically to do work.

I would suggest opening up a ticket with microsoft for this.
